      On April 11, 2014, XENON Automation Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. inaugurated the 2,000 m² design, manufacturing and logistics building in the Industrial Park in Suzhou.

      Fresh spirit in the management

      Tobias Reissmann, son of Dr. Eberhard Reissmann, takes over the operative business as junior manager. The same year also sees the inauguration of the 1,300 m² assembly hall in Plant Section III.

      We provide apprenticeships!

      XENON starts to train apprentices, as skilled workers in machining technology or industrial mechanics and invests in the encouragement of young talents.

      Saxony's industry is growing ...

      XENON is on its way to becoming a nationally recognized company. The press conference on the development of the Coschütz/Gittersee industrial park with the then Member of the State Parliament Arnold Vaatz and Environment Minister Dr. Angela Merkel takes place on the XENON company premises.

      Innovation Award Winner

      XENON is awarded the Saxon Innovation Award, which significantly increases XENON's public presence. In addition, the first overseas export to the USA takes place.

      New facility in Dresden Coschütz/Gittersee

      In August 1994, construction work begins on the new company headquarters. Already in December, the meanwhile 16 employees move into the first construction phase. XENON achieved an annual turnover of 1 million DM.

      Foundation for success

      On June 1, 1990, XENON Automatisierungstechnik GmbH is founded as a management buy-out from the GDR combine VEB Messelektronik with 11 employees and is assigned number 93 in the Dresden Commercial Register. The company's first customer is Fischer Elektronik Lüdenscheid.
