Our Aims

Environmental protection is an important part of our corporate policy. We are aware of the impact of our business activities on the environment and are committed to minimising this impact within the limits of our economic and technical possibilities and through well-organised processes. Our responsibility towards the environment and resources includes the identification and evaluation of our key environmental aspects as well as the achievement and regular review of defined environmental objectives based on measurable criteria.

Our Aims

ISO 14001

Our aim is to successfully implement the requirements of ISO 14001, with a particular focus on the active involvement of our employees.

Employee Training

We aim to provide basic environmental knowledge and train our employees in the proper handling of hazardous substances to foster environmentally conscious thinking in all areas.

Substitution Evaluation

Our aim is to examine substitution options, such as replacing packaging materials with environmentally friendly alternatives, and to consider environmentally relevant aspects in new developments.

Supply Chains

Our aim is to increase the percentage of regional suppliers with their own environmental standards and to increase the use of environmentally friendly and sustainable materials in the supply chain.

Waste Management

Our aim is to increase the recycling rate by consistently checking the recycling potential of waste, returning recyclable materials, consistently separating waste and avoiding unnecessary waste.

Environmental Investments

We want to invest in our expertise in pioneering processes in order to strengthen our competitiveness and reduce emissions.

Reducing Energy Consumption

Our goal is to reduce energy consumption as a percentage compared to the previous year by increasing the use of green electricity.

Regulation Adjustments

Our aim is to improve emergency preparedness and fire safety through training and to ensure compliance with all legal requirements relating to environmental protection. We also continuously optimize our work processes to improve our environmental performance.
