Dresden, March 2025
A new building is currently under construction at the headquarters in Dresden, designed to efficiently integrate logistics and manufacturing processes. Construction began in January 2025 and is expected to be completed by early December 2025, with full operations scheduled to begin in January 2026.
The new building spans a total area of 1,700 m² and, in addition to modern office spaces, is divided into two main areas: a logistics hall and a precision manufacturing area. This section will accommodate processes such as turning, milling, grinding, and electrical discharge machining (EDM).
The focus of the new building is on optimizing internal processes to enhance both efficiency and productivity. Sustainability is also a key aspect of the project: the building will be equipped with a photovoltaic system to contribute to its energy supply. Additionally, energy recovery from metalworking processes will be utilized, and a heat pump will ensure efficient heating and cooling throughout the building.
With this initiative, XENON is making a clear statement of innovation, sustainable development, and a forward-looking approach at the Dresden site.
