The 16th Job Fair took place on Thursday, September 6, 2018 where otherwise sports enthusiast VIP guests watch the games of Dynamo Dresden. Well-known companies, institutions and educational institutions presented themselves - of course also XENON. Numerous pupils, school leavers, graduates, career starters, job seekers or job changers informed themselves at the new XENON booth, where the personnel department as well as the training managers were ready to answer all visitors' questions regarding training and career opportunities.

In addition to the current job offers, the company is again offering apprenticeships for cutting machine operators, industrial mechanics and mechatronics technicians in the school year 2019/2020. In addition, XENON has proven itself as a reliable practical partner for retraining or internships.
